Susan Hofleithner

Susan Hofleithner had a long experience as project manager and business analyst and was already an expert member in the BICC teams of two international banking groups, before she joined Erste Asset Management where she took the responsibility for Data Management. In this function she introduced Data Governance and Business Metadata Mangement and established a new collaboration model between business and IT.
